Carl Stuart started out as a one-man business over fifty years ago by Walter Grimes. It is still a Limited Company with approx. sixty-five staff and is now run by Walter's daughter Jane. The business has enjoyed a huge success since those early days and is now one of the few remaining truly bespoke tailoring businesses in the UK. As well as building a reputation for quality and excellence over this period, it is also interesting to note that many of their customers and staff have remained loyal to us throughout. Indeed some members of staff have been with the company since it's inception.

For his second men’s show as creative director of Marni, Francesco Risso ushered guests through a darkened tunnel entrance that gave way to a bright industrial space where rows of color-blocked benches perched atop what were ostensibly clear, blow-up rafts.

Oscar H. Grand - Barcelona based custom tailor
The history of Oscar H. Grand dates back to the year 2001. After working in a textile factory and making small collections for different shops, he decided to open his own shop with the intention of doing something very special and personal with their product, and giving themselves complete creative freedom in the development of their work. In 2006, he opened his shop in the Born district, which has, to this day, been the base for my work. In this space, the hand-crafted pieces created here can be appreciated in person.
