Designers from Belgium, Turkey, and Romania at the Final Evening of Ruse Fashion Week 2026

On April 3, the foyer of the Ruse Central Railway Station hosted the final evening of the runway shows from the second edition of RFW Ruse Fashion Week, organized by the Bulgarian fashion portal Fashion.bg.

This year, the event featured strong international participation. The previous evening showcased collections from designers from China and Italy, while the finale delighted the audience with collections from Turkey, Belgium, and Romania. Silvia Kabaivanova, organizer of Ruse Fashion Week and Chair of the Bulgarian Fashion Association, welcomed the participants and emphasized that “all designers and brands were carefully selected not only for their professionalism but also for their commitment to creating sustainable fashion. Ruse is known as the city of firsts, and Ruse Fashion Week is the first Bulgarian fashion week built on the concept of sustainable fashion.”

At the beginning of the evening, young designers who created drawings and prints on the theme “The Beauty of Ruse” during the creative workshop on March 28 received garments produced with their designs printed on them. With this gesture, the organizers not only support the creativity of young talents but also demonstrate how made-to-order fashion can be created without excess and without harming the environment.

The fashion shows began with the latest collection by Atelier BANDEROL from Karlovo. In a world where style is an expression of identity, Banderol presented its PRESTIGE 2026 collection—an ode to the courage to stand out.

Each design, created by designers Desislava Damyanova and Nikola Karadamyanov, embodies the spirit of haute couture—original, refined, and seemingly made for the red carpet. These are looks that do not just dress, but declare presence. The silhouettes are confident, the lines are bold, and the striking details capture attention, emphasizing a sense of exclusivity and prestige. Each garment tells a story of strength, class, and individuality.

Since its creation, ATELIER BANDEROL has remained a symbol of innate sophistication—a brand that reshapes the boundaries of contemporary menswear and womenswear and inspires the freedom to go beyond expectations.

A runway presentation followed featuring selected pieces from the brands Cantarelli and Bardaro, united under a shared vision—to restore value, ethics, and European production in the modern fashion industry through the initiative “Fashion with a Mission.”

Cantarelli presented a selection of high-quality Italian fabrics and stands behind the production of MTM (made-to-measure) and RTW (ready-to-wear) brands from over 30 countries, built on European quality standards.

Bardaro business couture is an ethical fashion brand that places responsibility at its core—towards material sourcing, the people behind production, and consumer choices. The brand works with natural fabrics, transparent processes, and a focus on durability rather than overconsumption.
