London College of Fashion: Collection of the year Award Winners announced

Last night (Monday, 8th June 2015) London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, opened its BA15 season with its now iconic catwalk show, featuring 20 collections styled by LCF's Creative Director of Fashion & Design, Rob Phillips.

Each collection competed for the coveted Collection of the Year award and the winning collection is a collaboration between: Kate Donald, Sian O'Neill, Tanaporn Wongsa, Kate Cheung Wing Ki and Rosemary Lambert. Selected by a panel of industry experts, the judges included Professor Frances Corner (LCF, UAL) Sarah Raphael (i-D), Jessica Bumpus (Vogue.co.uk) and Stefan Siegel (NJAL).

The diverse and inspirational collections by students across womenswear, menswear, sportswear, contour, accessories and jewellery underlined the cross-disciplinary and collaborative nature of the fashion industry and highlighted the breadth of exceptional talent incubated each year at London College of Fashion, UAL.

The season continues with the London College of Fashion Bachelor 2015 Exhibition, which is open to the public from today (Tuesday 9 June) until Saturday 13 June, hosted at 3-10 Shoreditch High Street, E1 6PG. For the first time, all BA graduating courses have been brought together under one roof to create a unique display which reflects every aspect of the fashion industry.
