Best men's suits at the Met Ball 2014
This year during the Met Ball there was a return to ultra-classic white tie (for traditionalists) and white dinner jackets (for more fashion-forward gentlemen).
Here are seven of the most stylish men at the Met Ball 2014:
Of course, there is no men's style competition where David Beckham is not on the top of the list. And for this event he was handsome and elegant in a shawl collared Ralph Lauren Black Label suit with a black-and-white pocket square.
British actor Eddie Redmayne was wearing more classic white tie from the British label (and the actor's former employer) Burberry.
American rapper Jay Z, who was absolutely loyal to Tom Ford for years, this time chose to match-up with his wife Beyonce in Givenchy.
Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds was wearing a full-on navy velvet two-piece Gucci suit.
American actor Bradley Cooper looked stylish in Tom Ford, regardless of the beard and the plus 20 kilos he addes on himself for his latest role in the movie 'American Sniper'.
American singer-songwriter and rapper Frank Ocean was wearing Givenchy get-up - a white jacket with a quarter-inch of sleeve poking out, a slim-fit shirt, trousers just high enough to negate a cummerbund and a black bow tie.
American singer-songwriter and actor John Legend choose an ultra-classic Ralph Lauren white tie.
