High quality made-to-measure men's suits by Brooks brothers
Brooks brothers, founded 1818 in New York by Henry Sands Brooks, continues the tradition for almost 200 years of personally tailoring the wardrobe of history's most notable men including presidents, politicians and entertainers.
Brand's founder started a democratic revolution when he introduced high-quality, ready-made clothing to the general public in the early 19th century. By the mid-20th century, Brooks Brothers was the most famous clothier in the world and the Brooks style of clothing came to be known as the Madison Avenue approach, the Ivy League style or simply the 'Brooks Brothers Look', including a soft gray flannel suit; white, blue or pink oxford button-down; silk foulard tie and calfskin brogues.
Nowadays the company offers unique made-to-measure suits, sport coats, dress shirts and trousers with a variety of exclusive patterns, colors, collars, cuffs, lapel styles and pocketing to fill the completely customized look of every client. Brooks brothers combines modern technology with the detailing of hand tailoring, offering both non-iron fabrics and traditional finish pure cotton cloths - totally over 1,500 of the world's finest fabrics.
Brooks brothers offers also 'Select' Clothing Program, which allows customers to choose from a wide range of fabrics that are cut only when a client has selected the garment that he wants and the ready suit will be delivered within 4 weeks.
Company's latest innovation is their Digital Tailor that using a safe, white light technology takes a 3D image of customer's body in just 12 seconds yielding hundreds of measurements that are electronically transmitted to the factory where a personalized pattern is made specifically for him.
