The Dutch Showroom of the MFC (the first from the European chain that the Cluster is planning to create) was opened on November 16, 2015 in the World Fashion Center Amsterdam. An unique review-spectacle combining Bulgarian folklore and contemporary fashion with traditional Bulgarian embroidery (shevitza) was presented to the audience.

Last night (September 30, 2015) was the second evening of the fashion show in Ruse, during which was held a press conference 'Ruse - a pearl of the world fashion's necklace'. It was followed by a review-spectacle, combining fashion and Bulgarian folklore dances, presented by dance formation RICHMART. Dancers were dressed in men's suit jackets, decorated with traditional Bulgarian embroidery (shevitza), designed by Rayna Gancheva and Tsvetomir Petkov.
In the end of October, the National Folklore Ensemble 'BULGARE' is going to the Netherlands for a one-month tour. BULGARE is going to present Bulgarian dances and folklore in some of the most prestigious theaters in more than 20 cities in the country.

During the third evening of Sofia Fashion Week 2015 (held September 17-19, 2015), Richmart - one of the most modern men's suit factories in Europe, which received the 2015 Overall Contribution to the fashion industry Award by Bulgarian Academy for Fashion - presented men's suit jackets with traditional Bulgarian embroidery (shevitza).
The National Festival of the Bulgarian Folklore, is held in Koprivshtitsa, Bulgaria since 1965 - once in approximately every 5 years. Its 11th edition will run August 7-9, 2015 in Voyvodenets area, Koprivshtitsa. The festival is dedicated to Lyuben Karavelov.
The forum brought together experts from the academic, business and design communities in the fashion industry. Fourteen Winners of Golden Needle by the Academy of Fashion, fashion design students from four Bulgarian universities and Bulgarian designers, who have presented their work on world fashion stages, took part in the fashion show. The Bulgarian folklore dances are unique with their asymmetrical meters, combining 'quick' and 'slow' beats. The traditional Bulgarian music is often described using 'compound meter notation, where the notational meter accents, i.e., the heard beats, can be of different lengths, usually 1, 2, 3, or 4'.
Be Global Fashion Network announces a global research of the street fashion. The campaign will start on May 24, 2015, when Bulgarians and foreigners in Bulgaria and abroad, will dance traditional Bulgarian folklore dances in contemporary clothing to show the actual apparel, worn on the street.
