The collection commences with Franklin Eugene Fury, a stunning multi color blazer, and quickly segues to several light and breezy shirts in black and white before making a bold return to color with a nod to WAKANDA. The presentation smoothly shifts gears to several audacious teal and black installations. Next, we have a FRANKLIN EUGENE homecoming of sorts with an abundance of ultra clean black and white colorless silhouettes that magnificently channel the clean lines and affect that remain hallmarks of the brand.

Colombiamoda 2012 - Latin America's biggest fashion event
Colombiamoda is considered Latin America’s biggest fashion event. The fashion show, also known as Colombia’s Fashion Week, takes place from July 24 to 26 in Medellin’s Plaza Mayor.
Colombiamoda 2012 brings together 450 exhibitors, 600 brands and 9,500 buyers, including 1,500 international buyers. It is considered to be Latin America's biggest fashion event and is unique in the world for combining runways with trade shows and information sessions.
Intermoda Mexico 2012 - important event for the fashion industry in Mexico
From 17 to 20 July in Expo Guadalajara takes place Im Intermoda Mexico.
Intermoda IM is the most important event of the fashion industry in Mexico. It was established in the city of Guadalajara for 25 years.
The International Exhibition of Fashion in Mexico known as Intermoda, conducts two annual editions during the months of January and July, is also prepared to the best of the fashion industry, domestic and abroad at Expo Guadalajara, official venue of the event.
Bulgarian fashion designer Dessislava Goranova - one of the 17 winners in 19th edition of the competition Mittelmoda
The winners of the 19th edition of Mittelmoda that took place in Gorizia on July 1, 2011 were 17 and came from all over the world. One of them was the Bulgarian designer Dessislava Plamenova Goranova. She was born on 12.07.1983 in Sofia and now studies at "Accademia di Belle Arti Lorenzo da Viterbo".
The other winners were :
Four Italians: Gea Antonini and Federica Croce from "Accademia di Costume e Moda", Petra Dorigoni from "Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti" and Federico De Peppo from "Accademia d'Alta Moda Koefia"....
Five boutiques in Viena ordered garments from MARKAM Fashion for Spring/Summer 2007
At the exhibition that took place from 4 to 7 May, on which many world known companies participated, including Betty Barcley, Gerry Weber, Tom Tailor etc.
The orders include garments from the collection Spring/Summer 2007.
The production of fashion clothing under the brand of MARKAM starts in the beginning of 1990. Today the company is one of the biggest producers of high quality ladies’ wear in Bulgaria.
Golden Needle fashion Awards 2006 – prestigeous and unique
For the 13th time the Bulgarian Fashion Academy bestowed the prestigeous Golden needle awards 2006. The event was held on an official gala-eve where fashion and TV shook hands.
The ceremony was held at the studio of the popular bTV fashion show „Ogledala“ (Mirrors).
Albena Aleksandrova won for the 3rd time the Golden needle prize, awarded by the Bulgarian Fashion Academy. Such was the conclusion when the direct electronic voting of the 36 jury members was closed. Voting results were certified by notary Aksenia Monova.

Inspired by antiquity, dresses are major accent for this season. They come with different silhouettes, strongly draped, asymmetric, in "A" and "H" lines.
"Golden Needle 2005" awards were given
The Academy of fashion gave its highest award "Golden Needle 2005". This most prestigeous for Bulfarian fashion design event attracted for 12th year the media, journalists, fashion critics and the cultural public.
The glamorous event took place in the new Youth theatre. The jury comprising of 34 journalists in the presence of the lawyer Axenia Monova voted for the best fashion creators, make-up artists, photographers and organizers of fashion shows.
Designer of the year (for the second time) became Virginia Zdravkova, who showed an exquisite and elegant collection. Among her works was the first Bulgarian dress, worn on the official "Oscar" ceremony.
Fashion house of the year (women's fashion) became "Tani" with designer Tania Metodieva. Golden Needle for men's fashion received Atanas Parushev, and for fashion photography - Moni Frances.

The fashion show was opened by fashion house "Bobo Zander" near the sea shore. The fashion house that works for Escada and Basler presented its collection Winter 2006. The tourists watched amazed the girls dressed in long cashmere coats, woolen suits and fluffy collars.
The collection was divided in six themes like the six months from the autumn-winter season. A real heavenly garden was shown, full with fresh patterns and playful details. It was a feast for the eyes in the colours of the gipsy symmer. There were also ellegant ansembles with tender golden gleams.
The woolen fabrics were combined with sheer chiffon in the shades of gray-green and petrol. The last models that were presented were in white, the colour of eternity. Designer of the collection is Negoslava Bachvarova.
Academy for fashion closes the fashion season in a remarkable fashion show
Academy for fashion closed the fashion season in a magnificent and ritual way. The event took place on 12th july 2005 in Vitosha Park Hotel. The chairmen of the Academy and hosts of the evening Lubomir Stoykov and Donka Ganeva gathered the best Bulgarian creators.
Some of the winners of Golden Needle Award walked on the scene this evening. One representative model of their last collections showed Maria Nedkova, Fani Papadopulu, Jana Jekova, Neli Koleva, Maria Micheva, Evgenia Jivkova for "Jeni Style“, Virginia Zdravkova for “Virginia atelier”, Mariela Gemisheva, Yordanka Chernaeva, Natali Genova, Darina Manchenko, Mira Bachvarova, Irina Sardareva, Georgi Kolev, “Aries Unikat”, “Rila Style”, “Enita”, “Tcanevi atelier” e.t.c.
"Triumph International" reveals "the trick of the Japanese woman"
The Japanese government has started a procedure for post privatization in the country and the worldwide underwear producer “Triumph International” has joined to this large initiative in way, which grasps the attention and burns up the imagination of many people.
Mrs. Globe 2004 is Bulgarian
Rumiana Marinova won the award Mrs. Globe 2004 in _alm Springs.
The 28-year old Bulgarian earned the approval of the jury with her appeal for freedom of Bulgarian medics in Lybia. She is a dentist and has a 3-year old daughter.
Rumiana Marinova will receive $1,000,000 most of which will be given for charity.
Virginia Zdravkova and Agressia won "Golden needle 2003"
On great interest and very splendid and stylish passed by the official ceremony of 10th anniversary Bulgarian Fashion Academy Awards Zlatna Igla 2003 /Golden Needle 2003/. The gala-evening for voting and handing the most prestigious fashion awards in Bulgaria was on March 13th, 2004 in Inter Expo Center. The Fashion Academy /launched in 1993 in Paris by Donka Ganeva and Lubomir Stoykov/ proof that the most impartial assessment of the fashion design achievements belongs to the Fourth power - of the fashion journalists.
And the winners are: Designer of the year and winner of Zlatna igla 2003 for personal contribution to the Bulgarian fashion design became Virginia Zdravkova /Virginia atelier/, Fashion house of the year – Agressia /manager Maja Asenova/, Fashion photographer – Valentin Mechanov and winner of the award for total contribution to the Bulgarian design - Bulgarian Fashion Forum in the face of its chairman Ivan Chalakov.
