The ACTIVE line, dedicated to dynamic clothing, reaches new levels of flexibility by improving the use of elastomers in yarns. Aimed ehspecially at professionals, the E-MOTION line improves its elastic performance through a new processing of natural fibres.

Further technological research and investments have been implemented, for water resistance finishing on fabrics. The stain protection finishing in the NoW line will be applicable to all the fabrics in the collection. A novelty, especially designed for garments that need to be worn for longer hours and in different contexts.

Trend: three-dimensional effects and lightness
For Spring/Summer 2019 collection, Lanificio Zignone focuses on the chromatic qualities and textures of the weave to give three-dimensionality and movement to the fabrics. In some proposals, the designs are enhanced by structures with 3 fancy yarns - used both as the decoration as well as a background. In others, the effect is obtained through the different surface reliefs, as in the case of the new seersucker fabrics. The aim of the patterns in the collection is to fully express the creative potential of the Made in Italy brand, challenging the market towards greater originality. In the various Zignone lines, attention is paid to designs, after several seasons focusing on micro-effects: the search for new lightness gives life to more sophisticated patterns and revivals of classic motifs, such as the Prince of Wales and over-checked motifs, or even accentuated stripes.

Colours become warmer, with special blues and greys:
The idea of contemporary elegance goes hand in hand with the same care in the study of hues. As far as fabrics intended for the suits are concerned, blue prevails as a seasonal colour in a darker shade compared to the latest seasons, with shades tending towards purple. The colour proposed for more fashion-oriented suits is grey with blue and red contaminations. As regards fabrics designed for jackets, Zignone's collection works on melange: in new textures, colours are blended with new pastel shades. Also in this case, the dominant colour is blue in its varous shades, from air force blue and greenish blues to burnt colours, enhanced by orange and burgundy yarns.
