Mr Robertson is owned and run by brother and sister team, Daniel and Charlotte Robertson. The idea is simple: Fine quality, made to measure tailored suits without the Savile Row price tag.

The concept for Mr Robertson came about when Daniel, a lifelong devotee of an impeccably cut suit, ditched his cufflinks and ties to go backpacking in T-shirts and flip-flops. During his travels he was astounded by the incredible craftsmanship that went into making fine suits in small tailoring houses in Asia, for a fraction of the price he had been paying for designer or tailored suits back in the UK.

Daniel brought in Charlotte, with her background in fashion, E-commerce, and customer service, to help him bring an idea hatched in a tiny village in Vietnam to fruition.

Together, they have travelled the world to source the best tailors and finest fabrics at the best prices – and made them available to you with the click of a button, for the time-poor gentleman who is unable to fit visits to the tailor into his schedule.

Mr Robertson is a true British, family-run business. Daniel and Charlotte are wholly involved in the day-to-day running of the website, from answering any questions you have, to the shipping and quality control of your order. They've even enlisted their Grandad to pitch in as your helpful tailor to guide you through your Mr Robertson experience!

Their fabrics vary in price depending on the wool percentage. The price of the suit will increase as the wool percentage increases.

Wool mix fabrics make for better work suits as the polyester blend means they are harder wearing. The 100% wool is finer and better for an occasion suit or to keep on low rotation in your work wardrobe.
