Whilst approaching retirement the managing director decided within the past two years to modernize and restructure the company allowing both a continuation of existing business but more importantly to expand and promote the Barrington brand to an ever increasing market base.

In 2015 Barrington Fabrics Yorkshire Ltd was formed with three experienced in the trade partners to work alongside the existing workforce. The new company now offers a comprehensive range of collections for all variations of apparel wear, ideal for worldwide distribution.
