Elie Saab organizes a fashion course

The designer Elie Saab will organize a fashion course in cooperation with the London College of Fashion and the Lebanese American University. The course will begin in September 2014.

Saab wants to give a chance to young people in his country have the same education as any other in the world without having to study and live abroad.

"The idea of the Lebanese American University's program is to offer the students education in the region on the highest international standards, without having to travel too far from home", says Saab.

The project envisages the creation of the first fashion house with American and Middle Eastern academic institution.

Several celebrities prefer the designer clothes of Elie Saab from royalty such as Queen Rania of Jordan to Hollywood stars like Halle Berry.
