Best dressed men at CFDA Awards 2017
Each June, the international fashion community honors the best and brightest in American design at the CFDA Fashion Awards. Founded in 1981, they are the highest honor in fashion and recognize the outstanding contributions made to American fashion in womenswear, menswear, and accessories as well as journalism, creative vision, personal style, and lifetime achievement.
In 2017, the CFDA introduced a unified Swarovski Award for Emerging Talent that applies to womenswear, menswear and accessory design. Additionally, CFDA added the Swarovski Award for Positive Change, which honors an individual in the U.S. fashion industry who has made a positive impact on American communities and has improved the welfare of others.
The 2017 CFDA Fashion Awards, in partnership with Swarovski for the 16th year, will be held on June 5th at The Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom.

Fashion Icon Award: Franca Sozzani
Menswear Designer of the Year: Raf Simons
Accessory Designer of the Year: Stuart Vevers, Coach
Swarovski Award for Emerging Talent: Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim, Monse
Womenswear Designer of the Year: Raf Simons, Calvin Klein
