The CTDA Education Program

The retailer of custom tailored clothing requires special skill and education. That's why the Custom Tailors and Designers Association (CTDA) offers a program, which provides extensive training in all aspects of the custom clothing industry - from Measuring to Business Development - where all courses are taught by industry experts with extensive knowledge and experience.

The Education Program is offered each January and July in Manhattan, New York, USA, and can be completed in a minimum of 1.5 years. The 7 Courses (Measuring, Fitting & Alterations, Business, Blue pencil, Fabric Knowledge, Custom shirts, Style) total approximately 25 hours of class time, and are structured to cover each topic from 2 to 5 hours in length.
