Savile Row tailors: Richard Anderson

Customers recognise this dedication, and although the company travels abroad several times a year, many customers travel great distances to visit the Savile Row showroom. Richard Anderson draws discerning customers from all over the world to the English Institution that is Savile Row.

2016 is a very special year, it marks a milestone for Brian Lishak, his sixtieth year on Savile Row and for Richard Anderson, it marks our fifteenth year at 13 Savile Row.

They will celebrate throughout the year in many different ways. They have commissioned several exclusive cloths in designs that Brian was selling sixty years ago; classic designs that are no longer featured in our supplier’s huge range of designs today but have massive appeal.

The range includes worsted suitings and tweeds; many of our clients are already acquainted with these wonderful cloths but these unique designs are in differing weights and colours.

The first anniversary cloth is the tweed:
These beautiful medium weight lambswool tweeds are woven by one of the favourite mills in Scotland. As with Richard Anderson's Anniversary suitings, they have a fabulously complex weave, allowing them to stand apart from all other tweeds. The construction of the cloths allows them to hold their shape exceptionally well, meaning that their distinctive Richard Anderson line is clearly visible in the cut of the coat. These are smart tweeds that will hold their heads high in any environment.
