Hand-made ties and bow ties by Edward Kwan
Edward Kwan is named after my grandfather who, until the age of 85, worked full time as a master tailor at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore and has made suits for Bill Clinton and George Bush Senior. He now works by appointment only.
The original tailoring business was passed down from my great grandfather.
In 2016, he launched Gracie Kwan, named after my grandmother, who still works alongside my grandfather doing the bookkeeping.
All ties, bow ties, pocket squares, hair bows and clutch bags are handmade in Melbourne, Australia either by myself or by my father whom Edward Kwan taught to sew from scratch. All suits are tailored by Mr Edward Kwan in Singapore.
