The "Tendenze" Area at Milano Unica

The "Tendenze" Area is the place where exhibitors show their interpretations starting from presentation of the Milano Unica "Tendenze": suggestions and conceptual and visual stimuli inspiring the new collections. For the Spring/Summer 2019 season, the inspiration is the love for our planet and its primary elements: Air, Water, Earth.

For the first time, the "Tendenze" Area will host a section dedicated to the certified ecosustainable products presented by exhibitors. An unprecedented novelty in a space that is a point of reference for exhibitors and visitors.

Save the Planet is the motto of the 26th edition of Milano Unica, an important choice, previously launched on the occasion of the Presentation of the "Tendenze" last October, that raises awareness and testifies to a commitment that Milano Unica supports together with its exhibitors.

In fact, for Milano Unica, sustainability is a concrete choice, made responsibly and with industrial awareness. For the textile sector, this not only represents an opportunity for development in reply to an increasingly sensitive and demanding market, but also an undeniable necessity.

From saving water and energy, to the attention to raw materials up to the production processes, all this calls for ecocompatible business management: these are decisions that cannot be ignored and that involve the entire supply chain.

The proposals at the center of Milano Unica "Tendenze" Area go in this direction with the presentation of the textiles and accessories developed through certified ecosustainable processes.

This is confirmation of a shared engagement that looks to the future.
